046. What is he thinking?


Su Yi Cheng opens the door, and smiles at Huang De Xing.

“Director Huang.”

“Ah, it really is you Special assistant Su. I thought I saw wrong.” Huang De Xing smiles back at him. As he was passing by he thought that the license plate was familiar. When he was passing by he couldn’t help but look at it a little longer, and felt that the person inside the vehicle was familiar. He didn’t think that it actually was Su Yi Cheng. “Special assistant Su is here for business?” Huang De Xing smiles as he asks.

Have you guys decided on collaboration partners yet?” Huang De Xing inquires. Where did Director Huang hear this from?”

Huang De Xing glances at her, his complexion turning serious, and doesn’t give her an answer. He just coldly says, “The results of last time’s accident is here.”

“Oh. Really? Was it a problem with An Ran’s design or was it Hou Zheng Wen’s construction?” Xiao Xiao rejoices in other’s misfortune. She can see that these two people were out of sorts, regardless of who was in the wrong, she’d be happy to see the outcome either way.

“Neither. You might be disappointed with the results.” Huang De Xing says coldly.

“Uh, what do you mean?” Xiao Xiao was confused.

“The cement from this project was supplied to us from your jiu jiu (maternal uncle), wasn’t it. The stone balcony from this project collapsed not because of deficiency in design, nor was it an error from the construction. It was entirely a result of the cement, which did not reach acceptable standards. Therefore it was the deficient stone that caused the accident, so I suggest that you notify your jiu jiu to prepare his self. The firm will certainly pursue liability. Fortunately this project’s progress with Wan Xing has been slow, otherwise with this kind of shoddy construction there would be more accidents.” After saying that, Huang De Xing looks but also doesn't look at her face turn pale, turning towards the building and walking in.

At this moment Xiao xiao couldn’t attend to anything else, she hastily fishes out the cell phone in her bag and gives her jiu jiu a call. An Ran pushes the door open, opening her mouth to say, “Director, about Ling Lin, I don’t think I have the capability to look after her. Please, I ask you to change to another architect for her to learn from.” After she says this, she then realizes that there was another man in the office besides Huang De Xing, the two were apparently discussing about something. An Ran looks at Mo Fei, not understanding why he’s here. She thought after that last time, they wouldn’t see each other again.

She looks over him at Huang De Xing behind him and says, “Director, since you have an unexpected guest I’ll take my leave first so as to not disturb you.” Saying that she turns around to leave.

“An Ran, wait. Director Mo and I were just talking about a collaboration for a project, you should stay behind and listen.” Huang De Xing starts to say.

An Ran excuses herself, “I can’t. I still have to make a trip to the construction site. Worker Wei called and said that some of the blueprint’s unclear, so I should go over and take a look.” Finishing that she turns her head and doesn’t look back as she leaves the director’s office.



Mo Fei stares at the disappearing silhouette. His two hands hang by his side, clenched. An Ran, this time he won’t give up!

Huang De Xing apparently senses the situation. He smiles as he probes, “The relationship between Director Mo and our Architect Gu seems to be quite deep?”

Mo Fei turns his head, smiling at Huang De Xing, but not answering.
